Sauvignon Blanc picked early during the 2022 harvest from the Willamette Valley. This wine was spontaneously fermented on skins where it remained for 10 days. Pressed off skins and rested in neutral oak for two years.
Bottled in winter of this year, where a light secondary fermentation took place for conditioning. Disgorged once prior to release. Unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulfites.
Serve chilled. Pour gently. Take care.
